1. Join a club
- By invitation — your club sends you an invitation email; click the link, create your account (or sign in) and you're a member.
- By membership request — search for your club in the app and ask to join; a club official approves your request.
A single account can belong to several clubs: a selector at the top of the screen lets you switch between them.
2. Your profile and family profiles
Complete your profile (contact details, photo…). The fields requested vary by club.
Parents: create a family profile for each child from the profile manager. You then enroll each child in activities under their own profile, while keeping a single account and a single password. The profile switcher (green badge on your avatar) lets you move from one profile to another.
3. Sign up for a course or event
- Open the Courses or Events module from the menu.
- Pick the activity and check the time slot, the price and the remaining spots.
- Select the relevant profile (yourself or a child) and confirm the registration.
- If required documents are needed (medical certificate…), the app asks for them — upload a photo or a PDF, and the club approves them.
- If the activity is paid, pay online to confirm your spot.
4. Pay online
- Payment is secured by Stripe (bank card) — SmartFalco never stores your card number.
- Your payment history (membership fees, registrations, purchases) is available in your space.
- In case of cancellation, the club can refund you directly through the app.
5. Day to day
- Calendar — find your upcoming sessions and events; automatic reminders are sent to you.
- Messaging — chat with club officials and receive club announcements.
- News — the club's latest updates, at a glance.
- Shop — order the club's gear online.
- Structures & equipment (Activities menu) — book a court or borrow equipment according to your club's rules.
- Classifieds — sell or give away items between members; report any inappropriate content and the club moderates it.
💡 The app also works offline on mobile: your data
syncs as soon as you're back online.
6. Your personal data
- Your data is hosted in Europe and never sold (see the privacy policy).
- You can request an export of your data or the deletion of your account from the app settings (see the deletion procedure).
- Minors are managed through the family profile of their parent or legal guardian.
