Data Deletion Policy
Last updated: May 6, 2026SmartFalco gives you full control over your personal data. You can delete your entire account, leave individual clubs, or erase specific categories of data — directly from within the app, at any time.
1. What You Can Delete
1.1 Leave a Club
You can leave any club you belong to. By default, club departure takes effect after a 24-hour grace period so you can cancel if you change your mind. An immediate departure option is also available — this is irreversible.
When you leave a club, the following data is removed:
- Your membership record in that club
- Membership records for all family profiles linked to that club
- Your staff record (if applicable), including schedules, absences, work logs and expense claims
- Your entry in the club membership mirror index
To cancel a pending departure, go to Settings → Manage my data while the 24-hour window is still open.
1.2 Delete Notification History
You can erase your full in-app notification inbox at any time. This action is immediate and permanent.
1.3 Delete Your Account
Full account deletion permanently removes your profile and all associated personal data across every club you belong to. Two modes are available:
- Planned deletion (default) — takes effect after 24 hours. You may cancel from the Manage my data page during this period.
- Immediate deletion — irreversible, no grace period. Requires explicit confirmation.

3. Grace Period and Cancellation
The 24-hour grace period applies to both club departures and full account deletion. During this window:
- Your data and access remain fully intact.
- A pending-deletion notice is displayed in Settings → Manage my data.
- You can cancel at any time by tapping Cancel next to the pending request.
After 24 hours, an automated process executes the deletion. Once executed, the operation cannot be undone.
4. Data Export Before Deletion
Before deleting your account, you can download a copy of your personal data (GDPR Article 20 — Right to data portability). Go to Settings → Manage my data → Download my data. You will receive CSV files containing your profile information and transaction history.
5. How to Request Deletion Without App Access
If you are unable to access the SmartFalco application, you can request manual deletion of your account by sending an email to:
Please include the email address associated with your account. We will process your request within 30 days, in accordance with GDPR Article 12.
6. Your Rights Under GDPR
As a data subject, you have the following rights:
- Right of access (Art. 15) — request a copy of your data
- Right to rectification (Art. 16) — correct inaccurate data
- Right to erasure (Art. 17) — request deletion of your data
- Right to data portability (Art. 20) — export your data in a structured format
- Right to object (Art. 21) — object to certain processing activities
