SmartFalco User Guide

Everything you need to run your club or enjoy its activities — depending on your role.

What is SmartFalco?

SmartFalco is a management platform for clubs and associations, available on the Web, Android and iOS. It brings together in a single app the management of members, courses and events, online payments, internal communication and many optional modules (shop, resources, licenses, sponsors, accounting…).

A single account can belong to several clubs and manage several family profiles (for example a parent and their children). In each club, you hold one of the following three roles:

Getting started in 5 minutes

  1. Create an account in the app (email/password, Google or Apple).
  2. Create your club (if you run one) or join an existing club via the invitation received by email.
  3. Complete your profile — and add family profiles if you enroll your children.
  4. Explore the menu: every module enabled by your club appears in the sidebar.
  5. Need help? Use the contact form — we reply within 24 business hours.
💡 Tip: SmartFalco also works offline on mobile — your data syncs automatically as soon as you're back online.
